Adaptable
I am different from most academic consultants because I have lived at the sharp end of accountability for decision-making and spending for policy and practice.
I’m different from most management and general consultants because my base is in science and authoritative research evidence on what works in the social sector.
I’ve worked in partnership inside services in real communities for many years. I can talk meaningfully to front line staff and to beneficiaries and service users, as well as your most senior executives, Board members or external partners.
Experienced
I have devoted my whole career to the science and art of effective service design and delivery.
